Our coordination packages are entirely separate from dental treatment costs. The cost of your dental work (implants, veneers, crowns, etc.) is paid directly to the clinic in Guatemala — we never touch that money. Our fee covers the coordination, planning, logistics, and concierge services we provide. We want this to be crystal clear before you read anything else on this page.
All packages include a free 30-minute discovery call. You decide which level of support is right for you — before you pay anything.

Here is an explicit list of what our coordination fee does not include — because we think you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for and what you're not.

Yes — you can upgrade at any point before your travel dates. You'll simply pay the difference between packages. For example, if you book Essential ($500) and later decide you want Signature ($1,000), you pay $500 more. We encourage you to start with the discovery call and decide on a package after you understand your specific situation. There's no penalty for upgrading.
The discovery call is always free and requires no payment. The coordination fee is due after your treatment plan has been reviewed and you've decided to move forward — before trip planning begins. We never ask for money before you've seen your treatment plan and cost estimate. For patients who need it, we also offer a payment plan (see below).
We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis with fairness as the guiding principle. If you cancel before trip planning has begun, we offer a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If trip planning is already underway (hotels booked, transfers arranged), a partial refund reflects the work completed. We will always talk you through your specific situation — no surprises, no fine print traps. Life happens, and we understand that.
No. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from any clinic. Our entire business model is our coordination fee — that's the only money we make. This is important because it means we recommend clinics based entirely on quality, not on which one pays us more. We visited every clinic in our network in person before recommending them. Our reputation depends on your outcome, not on a referral arrangement.
Yes. We understand that cash flow matters, especially when you're also planning for dental costs and travel. We offer a two-payment plan at no additional cost: 50% when you decide to proceed, and 50% two weeks before your departure date. If you need a different arrangement, ask us — we'll work with you. We'd rather have a patient who can afford to do this comfortably than one who's stretched too thin.
